Hiking at Lake Tahoe
- Some of the best, and least crowded, hiking at Lake Tahoe is around the north end and less than an hour from Reno. Two possibilities are the Mt. Rose Trail and pieces of the Tahoe Rim Trail. You can be back in town by dinner time.
