Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe Ski Area Videos

Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe ski resort has the highest base elevation (8260') of any ski resort around Lake Tahoe and is the closest ski resort to Reno. In about half an hour, you can be on the slopes at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, enjoying fantastic views of Sierra Nevada peaks, Washoe Valley, and the Lake Tahoe Basin. Varied terrain, reasonable lift ticket prices, proximity to Reno, and a magnificent setting make Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe one of our most attractive ski areas. Just so you know, Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe isn't really on Mt. Rose. It's on Slide Mountain, which is the peak immediately south of the real Mt. Rose. The Mt. Rose Highway (Nevada 431), which takes you to the ski area from Reno, goes through a pass between the two mountains and ends at Incline Village on the north shore of Lake Tahoe.
