Ethnic Markets & Specialty Food Stores

Put Some Adventure into Your Food Shopping Experience

By Standley White, About.com

If you want to sample something besides boring American fare, try shopping at one of these food merchants. Be it Russian, Asian, organic, or natural, you aren't likely to find the inventory in these stores reproduced at your standard supermarket.

Whole Foods Market is by far Reno's largest organic and specialty food store. It's a beautiful store with a large selection of regular and exotic foods, both organic and non-organic. They sell produce from local Nevada growers. Check it out if you are looking for something unusual.
