Halloween activities for children at the Washoe County Library in Reno and throughout Washoe County are fun, safe, and free. Select library branches have having Halloween events suitable for every age group, including pumpkin carving, costume contests, games, parades, and trick-or-treating. We will be Trick or Treating throughout the North Hills Shopping Center. Northern Nevada Masons will be sponsoring a free child ID program. Bring a small, clean, glass bottle with a lid and enough clear hand sanitizer to fill the bottle. We'll show you how to add color, glitter, dried lizard tails, monster eyeballs and other fun stuff to your bottle.
