Halloween activities for children at the Washoe County Library in Reno and throughout Washoe County are fun, safe, and free. Select library branches have having Halloween events suitable for every age group, including pumpkin carving, costume contests, games, parades, and trick-or-treating. North Valleys Library

Tuesday, October 30, 5:30 p.m. - Halloween Parade. Wear your costumes and join us for our 25th annual Trick or Treating Parade. We will be Trick or Treating throughout the North Hills Shopping Center. 1075 North Hills Boulevard, #340, Reno, NV 89506. (775) 972-0281.

Wednesday, October 31, 11:15 a.m. - Halloween Story Time and Party. Wear your costumes to this special Halloween story time. After reading some spooky stories, we will Trick or Treat through the library and play some fun games.
