Toll House Pumpkin Patch
Open October 1 - 31 - The Toll House Pumpkin Patch is a big production with lots of activities for the kids, including the Child's Garden bounce house, a petting zoo, pony rides, hay fort, maze, haunted house, and lots more. Tickets for the attractions are $1 each, with the number of tickets required varying for each activity.
Toll House Pumpkin Patch is at 12185 S. Virginia Street, on the west side just south of Bishop Manogue Drive. Hours are Sunday – Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Rides close at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with rides closing at 8 p.m. The information phone number is (775) 636-5100.
Ferrari Farms Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch
October 1 - 31 - Ferrari Farms puts on a terrific Halloween event. There is a corn maze, bounce house, farm animals, hay rides, a train ride, and pumpkins and squash for sale. Having a go in the corn maze is $5, with children under 2 free. Enjoying a hay ride is $3 per person and $10 per family. The bounce house is $1 per child. Hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day through the 31st. You can go out in the field and pick your own pumpkin. Andelin Family Farm Pumpkin Patch
October 1 - 31 - This pumpkin patch is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Andelin Family Farm Pumpkin Patch is located on a real working farm in the Spanish Springs area of Sparks. Admission is $5 and $1 more for the hayride. There are animals to visit, pumpkins to pick, and lots of activities for kids. The farm is at 8100 Pyramid Highway, about half a mile north of Lazy 5 Park.
