About the Reno Bighorns

The Reno Bighorns are a professional basketball team in the Development League (D-League) of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The D-League is the official minor league of the NBA, much like the Triple-A league is to Major League Baseball. For the 2011-12 season, the Bighorns will be affiliated with the Sacramento Kings, Atlanta Hawks, and Memphis Grizzlies. The Bighorns are locally-owned by Bighorns Basketball, LLC.

Attending Reno Bighorns Basketball Home Games

The Bighorns play home games at the Reno Events Center, 400 N. Center St., Reno, NV 89501. There is limited parking just across the street in the parking structure of the National Bowling Stadium. Reno casinos also have parking available, some of which is free and some that requires validation.

Tickets for Reno Bighorns Basketball Home Games

Reno Bighorns 2011-12 Season Schedule

The Reno Bighorns schedule for the 2011-12 season runs from November, 2011 to April, 2012. Should the Bighorns get into the playoffs, there will be more games following the regular season.

Reno Bighorns for Kids

The Reno Bighorns are part of the community and maintain a family-friendly atmosphere at their games. Part of that is having specific way for kids to participate and have fun. Bruno's Kids Club provides a way for them to get directly involved. Parents can sign up their kids online, making them official "Littlehorns" and eligible for club member goodies like a T-shirt and ticket to the Kids Club Day basketball game. Bruno the Bighorn, the team mascot, is great fun for everyone and puts on a good show for the fans at home games.
