You can get your Italian music fix and more at the Eldorado Great Italian Festival in Reno. During both days of the Festival, a number of acts will provide a variety of musical and other free entertainment on two stages. Just show up and enjoy.
In addition to the scheduled shows listed below, there will be a variety of performers and musicians strolling the streets. You never know what to expect, so expect some delightful entertainment wherever you happen to be during the Eldorado Great Italian Festival.
Free Entertainment at the Eldorado Great Italian Festival
Here is the 2012 entertainment schedule for both stages and both days of the 31st Annual Eldorado Great Italian Festival on Saturday, October 6 and Sunday, October 7. The Rome Stage is at 4th Street and Virginia Street. The Venice Stage is at 3rd Street and Virginia Street. All entertainment on both stages is free to enjoy.

Zoppé Family Circus
The Zoppé is an Italian family circus that has been around since 1842. The star performer is Nino the clown. The circus tent will be erected in the Eldorado parking lot at 4th and Sierra Streets. Types of acts you might see include acrobatis, equestrians, dogs, clowning, and ways to get the audience to participate. Circus shows will be on October 4 at 7 p.m., October 5 at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., October 6 at 11 a.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., and October 7 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tickets are $24.95 for VIP seating, $19.95 for general admission, and $11.95 for children ages 2 to 11.
