Amendment 21 is near downtown Reno. It's a high-tech place, with free WiFi and various electronic gaming devices in addition to the usual array of big screen TVs. A good selection of food and drink round out the offerings. The name is a reference to the 21st amendment, which repealed prohibition. I'll drink to that!

Sneakers has three locations to choose from in Reno and Sparks. Other reviews I've read say these are friendly places with good food.

Sparky's has two locations and is part of a bigger company that owns a bunch of food and drink places. Their online menu looks pretty good.
