Dreamer's is another independent coffee emporium. It resides in the restored old Riverside Hotel next to the Truckee River. Weather permitting, they set up tables outside. This place is laid back, with couches to lounge around on while reading or sharing a cup of joe with friends. Local artists display their wares in rotating exhibits. The deli has good food.
