The Reno Veterans Day Parade, marching along Virginia Street through the heart of downtown Reno, honors military veterans who have served the United States and sacrificed to protect our country. The parade also features America's future leaders with participation by ROTC units and marching bands from many Reno / Lake Tahoe area high schools. Flag waving citizens turn out in force to cheer for and thank those who help keep us free.
