Several of these safe trick-or-treating events take place on the weekend before Halloween, which falls on a Wednesday. Some of these before the actual Halloween include Halloween Hollow in Reno's Riverwalk District, Trick-or-Treat at the Discovery Museum, and a Harvest Party at Idlewild Park.
On Halloween, take the kids to Trick-or-Treat in the Streets of the National Automobile Museum, the Legends at Sparks Marina, or perhaps Safe Trick-or-Treating at the Nevada Humane Society.
