Arte ITALIA, a Reno organization that promotes Italian culture, has teamed up with the Nevada Museum of Art (NMA) and the UNR football team to offer visitors to their current Titian's Venice exhibit free tickets to upcoming Wolf Pack games. In addition, you'll get a voucher to view Titian's La Bella masterpiece painting in the E.L. Wiegand Gallery at the NMA. Arte ITALIA will be open Wednesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Thursdays until 8 p.m.

The Titian painting is just one of the NMA events and exhibits going on right now. Every month of the year brings us new and exciting things to see and do at our Nevada Museum of Art.

Regular admission is $10 general, $8 for students and seniors, $1 for children 6 to 12, and free for members and children 5 and under. NMA hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday. The Nevada Museum of Art is located at 160 W. Liberty Street in downtown Reno.

During all of 2011, admission is free on the second Saturday of each month. If you haven't been to the NMA, this is a wonderful opportunity to become acquainted with the exhibits and other events at the only accredited art museum in Nevada.
