This WW requires a few words. My picture is from a current exhibit at the Nevada Museum of Art (NMA) in Reno - To Live Forever: Egyptian Treasures from the Brooklyn Museum. This is yet another example of the world-class exhibits we get to enjoy at Nevada's only accredited art museum.

You can view this exhibit for free and help celebrate the NMA's 80th birthday on Saturday, June 18. The Egyptian Birthday Bazaar will be from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., inspired by the bustling street bazaar of Cairo. During the afternoon, the Museum will be transformed into a marketplace with live music and acrobats, food and giftware vendors, stilt walkers, fortune tellers, and sword-swallowers. Create your own adventure while participating in a treasure hunt and exploration of To Live Forever: Egyptian Treasures from the Brooklyn Museum. Stay late for a dance party in the atrium. Ride your bike and get free valet service courtesy of the Reno Bike Project. #about

Interesting image. You made those pesky reflections work for you instead of against you. Sounds like a great exhibit and some nifty events.

Sounds great! We once visited a Rosicrucian museum Egyptian exhibit while waiting on a late bus which took our daughter to summer camp. It might just have been the highlight of her trip! Certainly fascinating.

Beautiful picture! Great history lesson! And you could see it for free to boot. You can’t beat that in this economy.
