To help keep it fun and safe, all of you who like to enjoy those Irish-themed adult beverages should know there is an alternative to the risky business of driving after partying - take the bus with the Free St. Patrick's Day Safe RIDE Program. RTC RIDE, RTC RAPID, and RTC CONNECT will be offering free rides from 6 p.m. to midnight on routes throughout the Truckee Meadows. Sierra SPIRIT, the always free downtown Reno bus system, will be extending hours of operation to midnight.
