Even if you aren't particulaly into birds, you'll enjoy the current featured exhibit Explorer, Naturalist, Artist: John James Audubon and The Birds of America at the Nevada Museum of Art (NMA) in Reno. This exhibition features fifty of Audubon's most dramatic and life-sized watercolor paintings from the first-edition printing of The New York Historical Society Edition. The works on display are from The Dana Rose Richardson Memorial Collection of Audubon Prints that is housed at the Nevada Museum of Art.
