Make A Difference Day is an annual event that takes place on the fourth Saturday of October. This Saturday, October 23, will be a day for volunteer projects that help others, whether it be something simple like helping an elderly neighbor with a project or getting together to plant trees and improve area parks. There is certainly no shortage of good deeds that need doing and this is a good day to join your neighbors and do something to help improve our community.
