The two teams left standing in each bracket play for their respective championships on Saturday, March 14 - women at 1 p.m. and men at 7 p.m. Winners of each series will earn an automatic bid to the big NCAA Tournament.

On Saturday, Nevada's men beat Louisiana Tech 79-68. The win gives the Wolf Pack a 11-5 WAC record and second seed in the tournament. In their quarter-final game on Thursday, they will play seventh-seeded Idaho.

The Wolf Pack women lost their Saturday game to Idaho, 69-62. They end the regular season with a 10-6 WAC record and enter the basketball tournament as the third seed. The ladies will play sixth seed Boise State in their quarter-final game on Wednesday.

Teams from these schools are in the Western Athletic Conference - Boise State, Idaho, Fresno State, Louisiana Tech, New Mexico State, Hawai'i, San Jose State, and Utah State. For 2010, Utah tops the standings and Nevada is sitting in the middle. Boise State and Hawai'i occupy the cellar.
