The Washoe County Health District has announced several more free H1N1 flu vaccination clinics. These are open to everyone on a first-come, first-served basis. Children under 10 who have received a first dose of H1N1 vaccine may get a second at one of these clinics no matter where the first vaccination was given. However, there must be at least four weeks between doses. For more details about these clinics, visit the Washoe County Novel H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinic Information. Even though the number of H1N1 cases has declined, residents are strongly urged to get vaccinated in order to help prevent a future resurgence of this serious disease.

Currently scheduled clinics are as follows...

  • Monday, February 22 through Friday, February 26, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. - Washoe County Health District - 1001 E. Ninth Street, Reno, NV 89520
  • Saturday, February 27, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Wooster High School - 1331 E. Plumb Lane, Reno, NV 89502

  • Saturday, March 6, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. - McQueen High School - 6055 Lancer Street, Reno 89523
