Julia Mancuso Wins Downhill Silver at Vancouver

Julia Mancuso took the silver medal in the women's downhill, bested only by teammate Lindsey Vonn. The silver-gold combo by the two American women downhill racers is an Olympic first. Barely half a second separated the two racers.

Greg Bretz of Mammoth had a bad day in the men's halfpipe finals, placing a distant 12th to Americans Shaun White, gold medal winner, and Scott Lago who took the bronze.
