How sweet that the chickadee landed on a human hand. We fed Canadian Geese this past week at a park near by the American river. I got them to take bread quite gently from my fingers. (I comb my baby granddaughter’s little shock of hair up into a Mohawk after her bath when it’s wet and call her my little chickadee
Great shot! We have the Carolina chickadees, which seem to be smaller and sleeker. They flit to the bird feeder, take a single seed, and flit away again. I can’t imagine them lighting on a person’s hand!

Friendly little guy! Great pic!
How adorable! It’s a lovely image.
Great capture, such a crisp shot.
My daughter’s still sick (12 straight days of sick kids, but who’s counting), I hope your wife is fairing better.
