That’s adorable andhilarious all at one. You know the fence has gotta be six feet up from the ground but the snow has turned it into 6 inches. Guess they figure it’s better than freezing their feet. I really hope I make it up your way this year! I want to bring my huskie to see snow while we are both still young enough to romp Happy WW

Wow, everyone’s doing birds this week (me included). This is the fourth bird shot I’ve seen in a row!

I can’t imagine how those doves stay warm, but I guess they’ve got enough down that they do.

What cute little guys! My sister, who is a zookeeper for Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is responsible for Asian birds, has a dove as a pet. She calls her pet bird Baci — and she’s adorable, too. If Baci saw these guys lined up in the backyard, she’d probably coo in the hopes that she could meet them.

Those are always pleasant sights to walk up to and with a camera they are even better. We tend to feel sorry that they are out in the bitter weather but that is the way it is supposed to be. They are so beautiful all fluffed up keeping warm. Nice snowy scene.
