Winter Blast Coming to Reno

Tie things down and get out the winter clothes - our mild fall weather is ending. According to the National Weather Service, a windy cold front arriving today will drop daytime temperatures around 30 degrees and cause freezing at night. We will probably get some rain and have a good shot at snow in the Truckee Meadows. If you are going to be traveling up in the Sierra, be sure to check the weather forecast and highway conditions before heading out.
