Marriage License Fees Increased

It's going to cost you a little more to get married in the Reno / Lake Tahoe area. As of 5/15/09, the Nevada wedding license fee is $60, up from the previous $55. In the whole scheme of things, that's not much, especially considering the cost of even a modest wedding.

Hours of operation and locations where you can obtain a marriage license remain the same, except for Incline Village. Marriage licenses there are now dispensed at the office of the Incline Village General Improvement District, 893 Southwood Blvd., Incline Village, NV 89451. The information phone number has changed to (775) 328-3274.
