Labor Day Around Reno / Tahoe

It isn't necessary to drive much to find fun Labor Day activities right here in our own neighborhood. Of course, some things do require burning some gas, but you only need a little to reach these nearby places for your holiday weekend outing. Among your choices are...

A new choice for Labor Day fun this year is going to a Reno Aces baseball game. The Aces final home stand of the 2009 season continues through the Labor Day weekend. There will be lots of fun promotions, including fireworks after Friday's game and a Fan Appreciation Day game on Monday afternoon.

Daytime temperatures are forecast to be in the mid to high 80s with lots of sunshine. No rain is in sight, but it's a good idea to check the Reno / Tahoe weather to make sure your weekend plans aren't foiled by Mother Nature.
