Reno / Tahoe Farmers' Markets

Reno / Tahoe Farmers' Market season is gearing up. Some markets have already started their summer runs, with a couple of notable ones opening soon. The area's biggest, Sparks Hometowne Farmers' Market, will open on Thursday, June 11. It runs every Thursday afternoon and evening through August 21 (except August 6 during Hot August Nights).

West Street Market in downtown Reno is our newest farmers' market venue. During this second year of operation, it will be open on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting June 14. I'm looking forward to a summer of tasty fresh food from our Reno / Tahoe farmers' markets.
