Summer camps and summer activities for kids abound around Reno and Lake Tahoe. Children can participate in a variety of summer recreation activities, including art, camping, music, sports, education, and more.
A sample of camp programs include those offered by the City of Reno, City of Sparks, Washoe County Schools, University of Nevada, Reno, and the Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada.
