The 6th annual Tune In To Kids Fair is Saturday, April 25. A variety of free, family-oriented events will be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Idlewild Park in Reno. The Fair is designed to restore and foster interaction between kids and parents in our media age. The focus is on six themes: parent involvement, reading and media literacy, hobbies and recreation, math and science, arts and culture, and health and fitness. According to the Tune In To Kids organization, "The goal of Tune In To Kids is to encourage families to live a real life, not a virtual life - it’s about balance."
