Since millions of people still haven't prepared for digital TV broadcasting, Congress passed a bill last week extending the deadline to June 12, 2009. Just to complicate matters, however, some stations will go ahead and switch to digital by the original February 17 deadline. As before, if you have a set with a digital tuner and/or subscribe to cable or a satellite service, you don't need to do anything. Since the end to this saga keeps changing, I'll refer you to the
