The Festival will be at Rancho San Rafael Park on Saturday the 13th, from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Festivities include holiday music performed by local youth choirs, hot cocoa and cookies, children's activities, and lighting of a holiday tree donated by Rail City Nursery of Sparks.
