Washoe County votes are cast and counted. Hopefully, everyone who wanted to vote was able to do so. We aren't all happy with the results; it's the nature of our system for there to be winners and losers, but we've all had the opportunity to be heard. Now it's time to pull together and get going on cleaning up the mess we're in. Considering the extent of our problems, I'm not expecting big improvements real soon. However, for there to be any progress at all, we need to put aside partisan politicking and focus on making America better for all of us. We're all Americans. We can do it.
