Candidates for local offices will be at this Washoe County Candidate Forum on Tuesday, October 7. The meeting will be at Reed High School, 1350 Baring Blvd. in Sparks, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Reno and Sparks city council candidates, and Washoe County Commission candidates are scheduled to speak and answer questions from voters.
This forum is co-sponsored by the American Association of University Women, League of Women Voters in Northern Nevada, Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, and the Nevada Women's Lobby.
