If you want to find out who in northern Nevada is providing environmental products, services and programs, get Reno's Great Green Guide from Nevada EcoNet.The book lists government agencies, non-profit organizations, and businesses engaged in green practices of varying sorts.

If you purchase Reno's Great Green Guide at one of several local businesses, the proceeds go to benefit Nevada EcoNet. Places to get the guide are Sundance Bookstore, Dharma Books, REI, LIV - Eco-chic Boutique, La Terre Verte, Patagonia Outlet, Great Basin Food Co-op, Paper Moon, Rock-a-bye, and La Galleria. It's also available by mail from Nevada EcoNet. Send a check for $11.75 ($10 plus postage), and your mailing address, to Nevada EcoNet, P.O. Box 10786, Reno, NV 89510.

The Nevada EcoNet website has a place where the guide is supposedly available online, but I couldn't get it to work. I'm working on finding out what's going on and will let you know if I learn anything.
