Look’s like a high risk job!
Are you getting a new Triple A team, or is the stadium for a team already in the Reno/Tahoe area? I’ve looked around your site and don’t find any coverage for your team. If you enjoy baseball Minor League Baseball is a tremendous value. You get better seats, lower priced concessions, and often entertainment between innings. I live in L.A. where we have both the Dodgers and the Angels, but I have just as much fun… maybe more fun… at the minor league games.
