Artown in Reno runs the entire month of July at numerous venues around town and includes an amazing variety of art and cultural events, most of which are free to everyone. Highlights this week and weekend include, but are certainly not limited to...

  • Food For the Soul World Music Series: San Jose Taiko (Wednesday evening, Wingfield Park, free)
  • Cloud Nine at Brüka Theatre (Thursday evening, downtown Reno, $16 - $25)
  • Public Art Walking Tour (Friday noon, starts at City Plaza, free)
  • Nevada Museum of Art Guided Tour (Saturday 1 p.m., $8 - $10)

This is but a bare sampling of Artown's ongoing and one time events. Get a complete picture of what's happening from Artown's online calendar of events. The Little Book of Artown also has the complete schedule and is available at numerous locations around town.
