Tour de Nez Peddles into Reno

The 16th Annual Tour de Nez arrives in Reno on Tuesday, with bicycle racing and other events taking place on Wednesday afternoon and evening at the Grand Sierra Resort. Come enjoy the famous Clunker Classic, Kids' Races, Pro Criterium, and a block party after the bicycle action.

For 2008, all Reno events will be at the Grand Sierra Resort rather than downtown Reno as in previous years. The rest of the calendar, which includes several new events, will be up the hill at Northstar at Tahoe and in Truckee.

"We're going big this year," said Race Director Tim Healion. "We've got a new home in Reno, The Grand Sierra Resort, and a permanent home at Northstar at Tahoe Resort. We're excited, they're excited and the race is going to be nothing short of amazing this year."
