The old school house at Bartley Ranch on Guss Bartley’s old property.
Heather is partly right. It is an old school at Bartley Ranch Regional Park. We still need the name of the school and other places with the same name.
The old Huffaker school originally located on Huffaker Road…

Bingo! Heather wins (the satisfaction of being a knowledgeable Renoite). There is also Huffaker Ln. which leads to Huffaker Park in the Huffaker Hills. The name came from Granville Huffaker, an early Truckee Meadows pioneer. Read more about Reno / Tahoe Place Names.
