Reno Neighborhood Pace Car Program Take the Pace Car Pledge.

Tired of speeders blasting through your neighborhood? Thought so. I am too, which is why I've become a Neighborhood Pace Car Program driver. It's a way for each of us to communicate a "Slow Down" message to our fellow drivers in an unobtrusive and non-confrontational way.

Participating in the program is free and could save the city lots of money (that would be our taxpayer money) by lessening the need for more forceful traffic calming methods such as speed bumps and other physical impediments to speeding in residential neighborhoods. Lighten up, slow down, and learn how to take the Pace Car Pledge.
