Get up to the Village at Squaw Valley USA on Saturday, April 26, for the North Lake Tahoe Truckee Earth Day Festival. Events will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and include free music, food, educational exhibits, bike rides, the Haute Trash Fashion Show, and more. Organizers will try to make the Earth Day Festival a zero waste and carbon neutral event.

On Friday evening, April 25, the Patagonia Wild and Scenic Film Festival will be at Olympic Village Lodge in Squaw Valley. Shows start at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Get advance tickets at New Moon Natural Foods in Truckee and Tahoe City, Mad About Music in Kings Beach, and Alice's Market in Squaw Valley.
